Then open the register page of GT Recovery for Windows, input your commonly used E-mail and the activation code purchased, click "Register"：

b)     Q:I forgot the activation code?
A:If you forgot the activation code, please sent your paypal account and the payment details screenshots including payment time to the email: bihu.recovery@qq.com.  We will check it and send the activation code to you.

2. Mobile phone recovery

a)    Q:Connect my phone to computer.

A:If your phone cannot be connected, First install android USB drivers on your computer, then enable USB debugging on your phone, then use a USB line connect your phone and computer, wait a moment, GT recovery will recognize it.
P.S. If connection failed, try to close all the other apps and softwares which are used to connect phone and computer, because they might take up the connections.
Restart your phone and GT recovery to try re-connect.

 a) Q: What is Root ?

A:”Root ” your device means obtaining “superuser” rights and permissions to your Android’s software. In fact, Root android is not complicated, all you have to do is to download some root software and click root button. But whether the Root process will be successful is up to your phone itself.

2. Recover

a)   Q:Can all deleted data can be recovered completely?

  A: Sorry , we can not guarantee that. Because when you delete some files, the system will continue to write new files onto the disk, if new data happens to override the original file’s space, the deleted files will be corrupted and can’t be recovered properly so we recommend you that don’t do anything before the data recovery process.

b)   Q:Can I recover photos, text messaged and contacts after factory reset?

  A: Sure, Factory reseting only remove a small part of data, most useful information are still on your disk.

c)   Q:Where does the GT Recovery save the recovered data?

  A: GT Recovery differs from other data recovery softwares.In order to protect the system space from being rewritten as much as we can, we only scan the meta info for all deleted data,and after you choosing some specific files and click “Recover” , the data will be recovered to your disk for real.

d)   Q:Why some recovered photos are corrupted ?

  A:Because these photos are stored separately on the disk which are very hard to find all lost pieces, so only part of the photos are recovered , but we are still trying to solving this situation.

e)   Q:Why recovered photos are smaller than deleted ones?

  A:Because Android will automatically generate a thumbnail for each photo, the smaller photos you saw in the scan list are the recovered thumbnails.

a)    Q:I delete my picture 1 year ago , can it be recover?
